Searching on the forum only brings me info about which is no longer valid.
I found you have to now pass a config file xml to the setup. This does not work. I have verified from a cmd prompt the sample config file works when passed to the extracted exe but not to the prerequisite exe. I have done some research in what regards this and I could indeed notice that now you are required to have a configuration file in order to install Access Runtime Code: Select all AccessRuntime.
